Publications Committee
The Publications Committee is responsible for the publication of the Society's scientific journals; reporting to the Board of Directors, at least annually, regarding the editorial and financial status of the journals; and making recommendations to the Board of Directors on substantive editorial policy issues and financial matters.

Rapid Communications Work Group
The Rapid Communications Work Group monitors developments related to emerging pathogens, bioemergencies, and other important clinical infectious diseases issues, and to establishes ongoing methods to keep members informed in a timely fashion about developments.
