Fellowship Training Programs

IDSA has compiled a list of adult ID fellowship training programs. The list provided here can be referenced for basic information for each fellowship training program, including contact information, number of fellows allowed within each program, and what kind of learning opportunities can be experienced. With this tool, the IDSA hopes that ID physicians will be able to find the best program for their individual needs. 

 

Curriculum Recommendations

IDSA offers a curriculum guide to help ID fellows evaluate fellowship programs.

IDSA Fellows' In-Training Exam

Developed by members of the ID Training Program Directors Committee in conjunction with the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME), the exam assists fellowship programs in meeting competency requirements.

Infection Control Fellows Course

Provides ID fellows and others basic training in infection control and hospital epidemiology and satisfies the accreditation requirement for training in hospital epidemiology.

A list of ID fellowship programs, including contact information, the number of fellows allowed within each program, and what kind of learning opportunities are available.
