IDSA Administration

IDSA Board of Directors 

Acts as the Board of Directors for the Society and is the body which has and exercises all powers of a Board. It is responsible for all activities of the Society, for establishing and maintaining an administrative infrastructure appropriate to its professional activities; and for establishing a system of committees to facilitate the mission of the Society. The Board is elected by the membership-at-large.

Finance Committee 

To oversee the management of Society’s financial reserves and investments;to review operating budget trends; and to make recommendations to the Board of Directors on investment policies and broad financial policies relating to the maintenance of appropriate financial reserves.
