Emeritus Member/Fellow

Members or fellows in good standing, upon reaching the age of 65 and retiring from ID professional activities, may be granted emeritus status at the discretion of the IDSA Board of Directors. Emeritus members/fellows do not have voting privileges.

Criteria for Eligibility

• 65 years of age (or any age for unexpected mental or physical disability or a professional decision resulting in cessation of ID professional activities)
• Retired from ID professional activities

To Apply

• Complete the Membership Change Application
• Submit a letter of request to the Board via the IDSA office at the address below.
