Please note: The Sunshine Act requires that Pfizer report any direct/indirect funding to US licensed physicians. Award winners of the Pfizer Young Investigator Award in Vaccine Development will be included in Pfizer’s mandatory reporting to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
Submit a two-page, single-spaced report at the conclusion of the
award. Young investigators who receive two-year awards will be required
to submit a one-page, single-spaced progress report at 12 months.
Failure to do so will result in the delay or discontinuation of the
award. A manuscript submitted for publication in scientific,
peer-reviewed journal, resulting from work accomplished during this
fellowship, may be submitted in lieu of the final report.
All publications under the award must explicitly state that the
awardees’ work has been performed as a Young Investigator Award
recipient of IDSA ERF and NFID. Acknowledgement must also be given to
the sponsor supporting the award.
