The Hepatitis C Management Discussion Board provides Infectious Disease Clinicians a platform to connect with colleagues to exchange information, case studies, complications, and new developments on matters concerning hepatitis C treatment and management. Certain case studies will be developed into clinical vignettes and will be available to Infectious Disease Clinicians for future reference. May is Hepatitis Awareness Month and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has made available numerous resources regarding hepatitis C, screening and testing, and raising awareness amongst people most susceptible to contracting hepatitis C.

CDC issued a recommendation that all Americans born from 1945-1965 get tested for Hepatitis C. People in this age group are five times more likely to have Hepatitis C. Two videos were created to describe what Hepatitis C is and why testing is important:
