World Health Day on April 7, 2011

Without immediate and sustained action to address antibiotic resistance, we face a future in which people die of common infections and many of the medical advances we take for granted today are impossible. On World Health Day 2011, which focuses on raising global awareness about antibiotic resistance, IDSA is rolled out a comprehensive, multifaceted plan to address this crisis.
