$150K Scientific Awards Available for Vaccine Projects

The Human Vaccines Project and the Michelson Medical Research Foundation have announced the availability of scientific awards of $150k. Michelson Prizes are awarded annually to investigators under age 35 who are applying innovative research methods to advance the development of vaccines and immunotherapies for major global diseases. Focus areas for the 2019 Michelson Prizes are:

  • Human Immunology 
  • Computational Biology and Protein Engineering 
  • Neglected Parasitic Diseases
