The COVID-19 pandemic has pushed the mental and emotional state of frontline clinicians to its limits. In this episode, hosted in partnership with the American College of Emergency Physicians, emergency medicine physician Anthony Cirillo, MD and Corey Feist of the Dr. Lorna Breen Heroes Foundation discuss what’s driving stress and burnout, immediate interventions that can be taken and how changes to health care policy and programs can protect the clinical workforce over the long-term.
