Ruben Conner, MPH

Ruben Conner, MPH, is a technical advisor to the USAID-funded Data.FI project at Palladium. He previously coordinated and implemented health facility surveys at the World Bank; served as an epidemiologist for Doctors Without Borders in South Sudan, where he helped to plan vaccination campaigns and respond to disease outbreaks; and worked on improving malaria programs within Zambia and Senegal and on researching the costs and efficiency of health systems. His overall areas of focus include large-scale impact evaluations, health system quality and infectious diseases.
