Applications for the Centers of Excellence program are accepted twice per year and processed as noted in this table.

Notifications of panel reviews sent to the primary contact on the application. If the application is approved, a two-year license agreement will be sent to start either June 1 or Dec. 1. |

Invoice sent after signed license agreement is returned. |
