Is Your Salary Equitable? Find Out by Taking the ID Compensation Survey
There’s still time to complete the 2019 ID physician compensation survey if you haven’t already! Our goal is to learn more about ID physician compensation so we can better understand and report on trends in the profession, and in turn, serve you better by advocating for fair compensation.
Our survey captures more granular and job-specific compensation data and typically depicts higher salaries than the small industry standard surveys that are often used in fair market value analyses. This survey is a critical tool for the future of the ID profession.
Add your response to this survey and get access to the data set when it is completed later this year to see where your salary ranks. Participants in the survey will also have their name entered to win one of two $250 Amazon gift cards.
Please be assured that the survey website is secure, and that responses will be reported only in aggregate (percentages, statistics). Individual responses will be kept confidential.
The survey should take only 5-10 minutes of your time. While it is helpful to reference your tax forms on a few survey questions, knowing your gross salary will be sufficient.
