Take the Academic Advancement Survey Today
With the support of IDSA’s Inclusion, Diversity, Access and Equity Task Force, we are conducting a two-part study to identify and characterize barriers to equitable advancement in academic ID and invite you to participate in a 5-MINUTE SURVEY to further explore this issue. We are deeply interested in learning more about the experiences of MEN AND WOMEN faculty members in ID regarding their barriers to promotion.
A growing body of literature has shown inequity in achievement within academic medicine, including ID. Please help IDSA lead the way toward addressing this pervasive problem by participating in this survey. Of note, this activity will complement focus groups which were conducted at IDWeek 2019.
