Proposed updates to the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) for 2019 are right around the corner as the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) continues to push out information on the 2017 MIPS performance period.

IDSA continues to work with the World Health Organization to implement the Global Action Plan on Antimicrobial Resistance.

At a recent meeting of the Department of Health and Human Services Tickborne Disease Working Group, the group reviewed and finalized recommendations on issues including epidemiology, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of tickborne diseases.
